sorry to be a dick, more people have died as a result of Christianity than Islam. The extremists in Christianity are just as dangerous as those in Islam. Maybe even more, because we got the crazies in control.

it just angers me when people equate the actions of a few people to the beliefs of an entire culture. It's my belief that radical muslims are not fueled by their religion, but rather use it as a shield and crutch to justify their extremism, much like many far right wingers. Our problems with the Middle East stem not from religion, but geopolitics, especially Israel. All sides think they are completely blameless.
