My little experiment at work today..I bought 35 different Obama buttons

for $1 each (Cat Lovers for Obama, Dog Lovers for Obama, Cyclists for Obama etc.) and had them out on the counter at work..I didn't pressure anyone...just had them sitting there for the taking. 10 went in the first few hours of work and I only had 3 people not want one. Now, I dont'claim to know exactly what that means for the "big picture" but it made me happy! I did ask one woman about her political leanings and she said "Oh, I just wish they had nominated Palin for president." My schedule has me working with different people most days, so I'll keep the buttons on the counter until they're gone.
