OMG! Contessa just chewed up Joe Watkins!

She played the ad about Obama and sex education that McCain made. She said it was about sexual predators. First he tried to go back to the

pig and lipstick story, and she wouldn't let him. Then she repeated her question and asked him if that ad was fair since the bill was about sexual predators.

He would say sex eduation and she would interrupt and say sexual predators. He did get a little in at the end, but then she went to a breaking story.

The Obama spoksperson, Jennifer Palmieri, looked liked she was going to hoot!:applause:

7. Contessa was on a roll today. Earlier she was talking to an

Obama surrogate about Palin being sequestered from the press and when it was all over, Contessa said 'equal rights also means equal responsibility'. I was shocked.

12. So, about the media's seeming turn in the last day or so....

I wonder if they realize, just as we do, that Palin is a different animal.

Unlike Bush and McCain who simply pandered to the wingnuts, she IS one. And, how that may affect their jobs -- and their personal lives -- if she were in office could be at play here.

They are very reactionary...however the wind blows...but her candidacy maybe scaring the shit out of people, including the media, however corrupt and complicit they may be.

I can only hope that Palin's background is now causing the press to reevaluate her image and that they're determined to cast some light since she's not willing to agree to any appearances that are non-scripted.

15. I agree...but what if...

what if they keep Palin behind closed doors, so to speak. We
already know that she won't go on certain talk shows because
she can't handle the heat; so if they talk her up and make her
seem like the 'Almighty', people will fall into her
'wholesome' image. This lady gives us sane people a bad vibe,
she is hiding a whole lot and I want it to be known.
