1. Oil speculation loophole closed

The so called Enron loophole was closed with the passage of the latest farm bill. This has been the number one reason for the decline in the price of oil. Speculators are bailing out of the market. Look for oil to fall to about the sixty dollar a barrel level in the early spring of next year. You heard it here first!

2. Where are the people who called me a fool when I predicted this?

I want to know where every one of those Peak Oil lunatics are that called me a fool when I said that the price of oil (futures) would drop below $100 before the election. There were litterly dozens of them just a couple of months ago. Where are the apologizes that were pro-offered?

I made the same prediction, boy were people nasty. I'm thinking around 90 a bbl by late october, what happens next will depend on who wins. My suspicion is that if McCain wins, full steam ahead on prices...
