Ike may be possible Katrina or Andrew repeat.
NWS has it squeezing through the Straits of FL and into Gulf right now but all of Florida is threatened in the 5 day outlook and it could hit just about anywhere in Florida or the eastern Gulf Coast.

2. Well there is already another named Storm starting with J so K is just around the corner
It is possible that they are just going to get stronger as we go through the alphabet..
