Democrats everywhere asked for that day off, took a vacation day, a sick day, a mental health day..

Then went to vote..and did not leave, until the votes were counted:evilgrin:

Would the massive crowds affect the republican compunction to cheat?

or would they just call the storm troopers and have everyone arrested..

or if some selected areas were targeted for a "vote-in", and the media well-notified, and briefed as to the reason..

picnic lunches, lawn chairs...flags..

can't you just see it:)

There are a lot of us anyway, who have discretionary time & could go hang out at the polls. Retired people, some college students, at least between classes, all sorts of home-based folks who can catch up on their work in the off hours (or just be available by cell phone)...

Make a party of it! Our GOTV effort could tie in very well. A free coffee/water booth - draped in bunting, of course - and a couple of porta-lets. Support and engage all those good folks who have turned out, and are stuck in line.
