Theory Behind the Palin Pick...We Need a Competent Hunter For Vice President!

McCain didn't want the embarassment of picking a Vice President who will accidentally shoot hunting partners in the face like some other recent Vice President did.

Cheney was the first sitting Vice President to shoot someone since Aaron Burr shot Alexander Hamilton in a duel. In Aaron's defense, he apparently hit what he was aiming at - it wasn't an accidental shooting.

Anyways..This is one possible explanation of Governor Northern Exposure Palin.
