I’m not a member of the permanent political establishment. And I’ve learned quickly, these past few days, that if you’re not a member in good standing of the Washington elite, then some in the media consider a candidate unqualified for that reason alone. But here’s a little news flash for all those reporters and commentators: I’m not going to Washington to seek their good opinion - I’m going to Washington to serve the people of this country.

OK, blame the media. That's what it's gonna be for the next two months. Blame the media. Give me a break. No substance. No experience. No nothin. Same old duck and cover from another republican scandal ridden thug. Culture of corruption is still evidently thriving.

Andrea Mitchell btw is reporting that the speech was written for an anonymous male. Had to be reconfigured a bit. Canned speech for a canned thug.

1. hmm...that's a risky strategy

All the reporters and commentators I've seen this week have been defending her and they bash the rumor mill every chance they get. Ignoring this and bashing them could easily backfire.

It'll get a great applause though. Noonan is right, this is too gimmicky. :D

2. I'll stand up for the media

Hey Sarah.. the media works for We the People too.
For without our patronage, there would be no media at all
Now in case you haven't put two and two together.. they are asking
you all these pesky questions because you have been deceptive and evasive
on a lot of issues. A LOT of issues.,, and until your are fully vetted by the media
(and We The People) I suggest you stop with the phony baloney accusations.
They are getting you nowhere
