I have many coming to Palin's defense. It's like Katherine Harris whom my own Mother fell for amazingly for being attacked. You guys better look at what these SOBs behind the scenes are doing. Many women feel Palin is being attacked unjustly and feel kinship through her foibles. Men thinks she's a gun-toting hot Mama. The Conservative Corporations own the media and the meme they are screaming is that the Media is unfair! Everything that is in Palin's history bad or good is woven into a narrative that is helpful in building the imagery that she is pretty, smart, tough, experienced and totally wonderful.

Remember this election only has to be close enough for them to steal.

6. I couldn't agree more. Despite a non-existent list of skills required for high office,

anything said about her is spun to their advantage. As a Mom, any attack on her is an attack on motherhood, according to the RW. I'd like to think the American people aren't that stupid, but I don't know.

8. Golly! I was PTA President at one time. Why didn't McCain pick me?

9. I had an office in my local PTA...it was in charge of "Sunshine Group" which was sending cards

to Mothers on their Birthdays and finding "providers of food" for the "Parents Nights."

It did require me to be detailed on my Calender and to force me to have to hunt down "parents" who were Local Restaurant Owners who wanted to give a "Free Night" to help their kids and the Parents "show up" for their "Parent's Nights." Most of the time...the donated food wasn't eaten because so many parents worked and only had about 15 minutes to check in and they were on their way home. But, the Donors felt good and the Parents were glad to see we made the "effort."

I wish I had managed to go ON BEYOND THIS...because I might have become Sarah Palin and had a good "Rolodex" or "Intenet File" of all the folks who remembered I had asked them for Donations...and since I was successful they would have OWED ME...as PTA "SUNSHINE CHAIR" and I might RIGHT NOW be RUNNING FOR VEEP..but on the "Dem Ticket" not the Repug.. :rofl:
