Could the whole Palin thing get any better?
I mean, barring an actual sex tape? God, I'm loving this. Now she had an affair? Holy crap. Life is good.

1. She was not vetted. The GOP did not bother going up there, they
used her popularity as "vetting", and didn't realize what a tawdry little world these people inhabited.

2. A tape of her speaking in tongues would be worth its weight in gold
Freak the living daylights out of the less exposed members of the GOP.

3. They must figure they can all engage in this type of behavior because they've been born again
and will be forgiven. While they look down their dirty little noses at us regular heathens and tell us we're going to go to hell when one of ours behaves similarly:shrug:

8. I guess I just haven't trancended to that higher plane yet
Don't know if I want to either. I fear the height of some DU'ers lofty-ness here might cause my nose to bleed.

11. Jesus also said to "go forth and sin no more "John 8:11
apparently these fundies are only taking the lords advice when it's convenient for them.

6. It's good to see how much damage she could do to the pugs.
But what is really, really scary is that McLame could win. (I know, I know, I'm doing all I can to keep that from happening too.) But, what if he does win? How in the hell is he going to pick his cabinet, with a coin toss? This guy is even worse than bush.

16. The National Enquirer is running a story that says she had an affair.
McCain's campaign is "considering legal action." Meaning, it's true--she had an affair. Otherwise they wouldn't "consider," they'd sue.

on giving." I had no idea how right I would be.

Unfortunately, my idiot pub coworkers think she's a fine pick. Go figure.
