Republicans don't believe in time zones
They've posted tonight's convention schedule at http://www.gopconvention2008.com/schedule/wednesday.aspx, but there's no hint as to the zone those times are for.

6. my guess is CDT
which makes Palin's 9 PM speech 10 PM on the east coast and 7 PM on the West Coast. Way to skip prime time in both heavily populated zones.
