6. Pink is a nice color
And Code Pink does anti-war theater better than any other group.

If you are considering pink flip flops, they go nicely with a peace dove tattoo.

8. That is a problem
I did smear with photoshop the name of the outhouse company -- and I planned to use a different photo of her. I hanged with Code Pink a lot over 2 days, and found her waiting in the shade for the march to begin. I photographed her during he march, and the bright sun was shaded by her umbrella, which made her face very dark. This photo has very good lighting, but a crummy backdrop. I recommend that you ignore the background and focus on the attractive message!

10. The list of problems is so long
I can't even show them all in a pictorial essay. Here's a replica of a Guantanamo cell hosted by Amnesty International two blocks from the RNC. I don't think any republicans are visiting it, but they should.

12. There is so much creativity in so many of the protest scenes
It really looks like a great event.

Too bad the cops are being so heavy handed. The attention should be on the messages, not the cops.

14. a separate Vets for Peace march had a different message
I will probably make a separate post for it. It's a sadder message but an important one.

13. some protesters were angered when they appeared
and while i was trying to take their pictures, they were holding their signs in a manner to cover the Republican signs. Some people have a hard time understanding parody.
