AP Video Link: Gustav Shelter Residents Decry Conditions

3,000 people evacuated from New Orleans before Hurricane Gustav are being housed in a former Sam's Club store in Shreveport, Louisiana. They've been there since Saturday and say conditions are deteriorating. (Sept. 2)

1. the next time there's an evacuation order- NONE of those people will go...
and if/when new orleans takes it on the chin, there'll be that many more dead bodies.

2. A successful evacutation is getting people out and BACK quickly.
If they don't let people home fast, they won't leave next time.
