Mark Penn helping with Bill's convention speech

Chuck Todd just said that Penn is helping president Clinton with his speech.

Just when I started to feel at ease I hear this...WTF?

Regardless of whether the Clinton's have good or bad intent why keep someone like Penn around after what he did to her campaign?

5. Given That Penn Is Widely Blamed For Hillary's Loss
And that the Atlantic article appeared to blame Hillary for not following Mark Penn's advice, I wonder why Bill would antogonize his wife by relying on Mark Penn. Reading the Atlantic article, I got the impression that Penn was throwing Hillary under the bus based on the comments and memos that appeared to come from Penn or his supporters.
