McCain and endorsing another 4 years of the bush policy that Clinton has fought so hard against?

1. They must hate Obama so much
they would rather destroy our country and vote in another rich RW War monger than see Obama be our President and try to help people who need help so desperately.

They don't LOVE Hillary, our country or Americans. They have let themselves be eaten up by their HATE for Obama. What pathetic selfish evil POS they are. :grr:

4. I saw a letter on Salon
that basically said exactly that: "It may be necessary to force the country through another 4 years of misery to get what we want! How dare Obama snub all women with his sexist and demeaning choice for VP!!"

8. Sad that what they want might cost others a lot
of misery. And they don't care in the least. I'm really disillusioned with a bunch of people I used to like a lot.

2. As far as I am concerned the "Hillary supporters" I have seen flapping their gums on the TV are a
bunch of DINOs anyway. They are standing on the wrong side of history
as are the 29% dead enders for aWoL

5. It looks like a lot of them are women
I can understand why they supported Hillary. But if they support McCain, I hope they realize they'll be voting to do away with the right to choose. With so many potential appointments to the Supreme Court, and McCain pandering to the "Christians," Roe v. Wade will be history. It's only going to take one more conservative appointment.

10. Why don't they care about these things?
All of their children and grandchildren will have to deal with the repercussions of their actions for many years to come if McCain wins and Ruth Bader Ginsberg-age 75 and John Paul Stevens-age 88 retire. They are half of the liberal leaning judges we have left on the SC and these are lifetime appointments. Not an easy thing to remedy once a judge is confirmed.

I hope everybody enjoys losing their civil liberties, freedom of choice, and lots more. We can run backwards in time till we get back to the wonderful Ozzie and Harriet days the Rethugs love so much when we had back alley abortions, white and black drinking fountains, lynchings and Christian prayer in school by force. I for one will remember who to thank when or if this nightmare comes to pass.

Some would say I was being overly dramatic. Am I? Cause any of this scenario scares the crap out of me. I really believe this election is the most important of our lifetime.

John McCain embraces GW Bush & his failed policies.

The short list

Top end tax cuts

Privatization of Social Security

Unraveling employer based health care,

Against Rove V Wade

Illegal Spying on Americans

Busholini Policy of Torture

Against new GI Bill

Offshore oil drilling

Denying Habeous Corpus

“Hypocrisy, my friends, is the most obvious of political sins — and the people will punish it,” John McCain

13. Don't let the media spin you into thinking this is a big problem
for the Dems.

It's all the Corp. Media and the GOP (virtually the same thing) wants to talk about in order to make a mountain out of a molehill.

Don't buy into it.

15. In a way it is a shame that they were both running at the same time
The first African-American candidate and the first woman candidate. It was a very close primary. But one of them had to lose, but there could only be one winner. To be honest, I was for whoever won. There were things that I liked about both of them, and things I was not happy about for both of them. Barack won and I am supporting the democratic ticket. Biden is the frosting on the cake. Go Jobama

16. These people to which you refer are the exception and not the rule.
The media and the GOP like to showcase them to try to divide the party even further. The ones they find were never really Democrats and like to take this position to cause controversy. Taking them seriously is only legitimizing them and allowing their tactics to work.

17. Here's a hint:
This particular "talking point" is the one most likely to piss dissenters off and harden their resolve. It doesn't address the dissent. It's a bully's weapon of distraction and method of deflecting blame.

Most dissenters recognize it for what it is, and lose respect for the person using it. Dissenters want their issues addressed. They don't want them side-stepped.

Hint # 2:

This belongs in GDP.

And, before the soldiers against Clinton jump in, I am not a Clinton fan. I never have been.
