On This Date in VP History: Obama Picks Biden, & Cheney's Bizarre Assertion
In sharp contrast to Obama's pick of a comptetent man for VP, consider the office of Dick Cheney. Ever eager to look ridiculous, an investigative letter sent today will prompt Cheney's office to claim that it is not an "entity within the executive branch"! Leno & Letterman don't need writers with Cheney around.

Also on this date, Bush's own private Idaho reminds us of our vacation happy, work averse, commander-in-chief.
