Without impeachment, there must be a truth commission

NOT run by the government, but the people. How much longer can we live lies? Sweeping it all under the rug won't suffice. If we win in the fall, how can we make this possible?

2. Where did people ever get the idea that an ex-Prez can't stand trial?

Truth commissions are for post-conflict countries -- like Chile or South Africa -- where a trial would trigger a return to civil war.

Geez, just indict Bush and Cheney and the rest next year, and get on with it, already. Nobody's going to fire a shot to stop it.
