I know wiki isn't usually a great source, but
I've been looking into exactly what The Weather Undeground did and into the origins of the movement.

I came across this quote: no one was ever harmed in their extensive bombing campaign, as they issued warnings in advance to ensure a safe evacuation of the area prior to detonation. (as cited from The Weather Underground, produced by Carrie Lozano, directed by Bill Siegel and Sam Green, New Video Group, 2003, DVD).

Yea, those are some real awful terrorists, letting people know before they set off an explosion.

I'm not going to say that I support their actions, but, when placed in the context of the times and in relation to other movements of the day, I can see why they did it. People today are too afraid to speak out against the tyrannical government, lest they be called "unpatriotic."

2. People are always so down on Wikipedia.
Is there a better online source for first-impression knowledge on ANY subject?

I haven't found it.
