I wish they were getting rid of Tweety's superfluous second hour and giving that to Rachel, keeping Abrams around. Or get rid of Gregory. But his slot's too early. I think Rachel's getting the primo time slot.

19. I Agree...I'll Miss Him

He championed the Don Sieglemann story when no one else could have been bothered, and IMHO, was helpful in getting him released from prison.

As TV food fights go, he ran one of the better ones...bringing on some real liberal and progressives to shut down the right wing asshats.

He'll be doing daytime coverage...it'll be interesting to see if he stays on Rove's ass.

Keith and Rachel are just sounding boards for one POV which makes their shows not much different than Hannity's or Bill O.'s.

21. Yeah, I thought Abrams was pretty common sensical although he did tend to be fluffy sometimes.

Whatever Chris Matthews' flaws though, I can't help but be affectionate of him-- I mean, he's manic but he's very earnest. And his smackdown moments are awesome to behold when they come. One person who should get his own show is Chuck Todd-- I think he'll follow in Rachel's footsteps as he's currently being used everywhere as a guest commentator and stuff just like she was before she got her show. I agree that Gregory whatever's show is pretty blah and at least Abrams was even-handed-- not Fox News "fair and balanced" as he did try to correct errors when he saw them like with the celebrity ad that McCain put out, which he countered by airing the creepy stalker husband skit that McCain did for SNL.
