I'm a huge critic of Fox News. In fact, I run a blog dedicated to exposing Fox News' bias.

That said, the video you linked is.. well... nuts comes to mind!

Hard commercial breaks are a fact of life. Shep wasn't kidding, IMHO. He allowed them some time after the break to make their point. We got their message.

However, all this conspiracy stuff is plain silly. In fact, I'm surprised to see it on DU. I thought this paranoid survivalist stuff was the province of the far right. Did you actually read some of the nonsense in the video? A sample (emphasis added; missing punctuation/garbled grammar per original text):
