1. Yep, I remember pointing out the inherent flaws of a "preemptive" military strategy
way back in 2001, when the so-called "Bush Doctrine" was unveiled. Specifically, I said that it would provide any industrialized/militarized country to claim they were "preemptively" invading a sovereign nation because they considered them to be a 'threat'.
About as good as his AWOL CiC thing. What an example he sets for the young people of the world who will think it's just fine to lie cheat and steal at will, because the pResident does it.
