all politicians are dishonest, narcissistic egotists to some extent
And presidential candidates are the most afflicted. You have to have those kind of personality traits to think only YOU are the best to lead a nation of 300 million. And politics is the art of compromise. You are going to have to lie and then flip flop to get elected and then govern.

The only question is whether a politicians egotism and narcissism is kept in check or if it devolves into self-destructive and dangerous behavior.

Of course she's arrogant! ALL serious presidential candidates are!
