So, what are the odds that Dr. Ivins was working late in the lab
because he found out that some anthrax was missing and instead of reporting it he panicked and worked at nights to grow new anthrax to replace it?

2. Or, that he work late in the lab sometimes?
FBI only shows those two months. What about all the other months?

Only the super lame "We have no fucking case" FBI would point to working late as evidence of criminality.

3. Good point - this info is significant only if he worked late just the few
months before and after the attack. (He could have been in the lab to remove any evidence afterward IF he was guilty.)

5. Right but, why start with his guilt?
Why didn't FBI show his hours Jan-Aug of that year? Because they want you to focus on the attacks, not on his actual hours, so they only show his hours for the two months when there were attacks.

8. They do have a 12month chart if I'm remembering it correctly.
though it only compares 2001 and 2002 or 2000 and 2001, not all 3.

10. Do they? I don't remember that. They had a comparison
of Ivans and other workers -- as if they were all working on an assembly line. But they zero in on those two months. Swoooosh!

Not quite as compelling as PowerPoint, but you have to consider that they only had seven years.

7. And it's REALLY suspicious that he was spending exactly the same # of minutes in B3
each night. What kind of evil mastermind was this guy?
