Say Something Nice About A Democratic Candidate/Potential Candidate Other Than The One You Support
Not that I might not support them in the future . . . I might . . . . and posting something about them here DOES NOT MEAN I don't like them.

Dennis Kucinich could win the presidency, if there was such a thing as the Fairness Doctrine any more. He is amazing!

Even if this country is "not ready" for a female president" Hillary could change their minds. Hillary definitely has "IT"!

John Edwards is a fighter, and a smart one at that. I like that!

etc.

1. Richardson has the best foreign policy resume and could end the war
and defuse Iran in one week's time.
Edwards has good hair
Kucinich has a pretty wife
Don't know if I should include Gore or Clark....
Oh, and I support Obama so the other are of other candidates.

6. HRC
I don't support her in the primary but I'm thrilled a woman is running for office.
I think the thick skin she developed during the 1990s - thanks GOP! - will serve her well in the upcoming election.
I also think she gets unfairly treated at DU.

8. Edwards has the kind of positive, populist message the party needs.
Obama is my first choice now. I think an Obama/Edwards ticket would be the best team the party has run in decades.

11. Hilary Clinton is one of the bravest people I know of.
And I think she can take all the filth that the right can throw at her, and still come up smelling great.

Barack Obama never seems to get his feathers ruffled. I believe he could stare down and calm down just about anyone.

Edwards is a great campaigner with a lot of charisma.

And all three are very, very intelligent, which seems to be a liability these days.

Edited on Tue Jan-23-07 05:23 PM by WI_DEM
Vilsack--good governor, might make a good running mate.
Edwards--Running on a great theme--poverty--and the way he speaks of it makes me feel he really does care.
Obama--He is young and exciting and could do what JFK did in 1960--inspire people.
Hillary--She is an extremely talented person and is more than qualified to be our first woman president.
Biden--good mind--fast on his feet.
Kucinich--passionate about social justice and ending the war--a true believer.
Kerry (if he runs)--Superb Senator who in losing in '04 got more votes than any other person who ever ran for president (except GWB)
Clark--inspiring and strong on national defense.
Richardson--perhaps has the most experience of any candidate.
Dodd--knowledgeable and a good debater.

Unlike some people, I think we have a very good and talented list of candidates for 2008--much better than the GOP.

33. Sen, Kerry is an outstanding Senator. Edwards is consistently authentic,
cares for the poor and middle class, and is a fighter for much more than just his political career.

Sen. Clinton is charismatic.
