Did anyone else think McCain was going to punch CNN's John King?
There was a video that was played over and over yesterday showing CNN's John King asking Admiral McCombover about some GOP talking point under a tree near some waterway.

Near the end of it, it looked to me like the Old Man wanted to smack King for asking a follow-up question, or at least trying to get the Old Man to answer a question.

Did anyone else see this and think the same thing?

The only link I could find is so convoluted, but here goes (CNN may change it by the time I post this, so, hopefully YouTube will have it)

Go here scroll below the larger video player to nine thumbnails. Click the fifth one called "McCain: Obama playing up race 0:45", ignore the 30 second commercial (if you can) and watch McCombover lose it near the end as King tries to get a coherent answer out of him.

1. I figure the more McCain hates the truth and reacts to it in that way the better
I saw it. I'd prefer that all "journalist" hit the nail on the head and force the issues on every single point.

We are a nation brainwashed - to an unbelievable degree. More power to those who ask the tough questions, and tell the truth instead of whitewashing even the taped versions.

May there come a time (and may it come quickly) that they are all shamed publicly for what they have done.

2. Did you also get the feeling McCain was getting pissed?
Or did I imagine that?

3. He was certainly dismissive of him like an angry Dad.
Instead of answering the question, McCain said, "Ok, John." Like, "that's enough, son."

8. Oh yes, he grumbled and went away rather quickly. Ha - now if he'd
just get mad enough to go on home.

4. Even if he tried I don't think John could do much damage.

9. Looks Like A Messy Divorce Has Begun
It wasn't just that Gramps wanted to belt King, but just the way he dismissed him...then thought about it for a second and tried to "joke" it off. Get ready, looks like Gramps is starting to piss off his base...starting with the stupid stunt of calling them out about the Obama trip and then with his steady attacks that have caught them in the middle.

Could Gramp's "greatest strength" turn into his biggest liability? Are all those donuts and BBQs of the past coming back to haunt some as Gramps segregates them at the back of the plane? The battle of the thin skins is underway...and Gramps is treading on some real thin ice here as not only will his free passes come to an end, but the corporate media may just start looking back on all they've missed.

We need a pool here to predict the date, time and show of Gramps complete meltdown. It's not a matter of if...but when.
