The Daily Show
By far the best show on TeeVee. Tonight's show was awesome... shooting down the "arrogant", "uppity" remarks of the network hacks, and I really enjoyed the repartee between Stewart and Williams.

So, the Daily Show and Moyers, sometimes KO... any other shows that bother to speak the truth out there any more?

2. I think Bryan Williams was "playing the part..."
I don't think that was all ridicule.

4. I am not a huge fan of Williams because of his tendencies to
support the right wing, but he and Stewart have a very good dynamic between them that is (to me) quite entertaining.

11. Bill Moyers is the best these days
His show reminds me of late night TV in the late sixties, early seventies when there were a lot of in depth, insightful talk shows. Moyers is a gift.

Verdict after KO has its moments though the graphics and music are a bit over the top and give it a tabloid feel. It tends to be liberal but it is a bit too flashy and gimmicky. The graphics are like something out of a comic book.

The Daily Show is in a class of its own. It never gets old and Jon Stewart is always fresh and believable.

12. I miss The Daily Show and Countdown!
Not broadcast where I am but I do try to check both online when I can. I can get my 'fix', though, watching Al Jazeera/English on television - an amazing news channel! No 'cute' bobbleheads who think the news is about them - balanced, serious journalists!
