Madam Fundraiser Hillary Clinton has said she will not be accepting public funds, because she is certain she can raise 150 million on her own, thus forcing the others to have to get cracking raising that obscene amount of money too.
And Edwards, who I was leaning towards if there was no Clark or Gore, seems to be waffling on Iran; while I need to hear more, this makes me very nervous.
And Obama, I didn't like his lack of experience, and youth, but I would be happy to see him as a VP.
So, who else do we have??
Clark - who, even if he announces, I fear will have the hardest time raising money against Hillary.
Richardson - I like him, I heard him speak the other day and I think he is a progressive, and would work for the people. He is not well known, though, and I think he would have trouble raising the $$ he would know.
So...who am I forgetting?? Who has arguably already won the presidency, is well known, has lower negatives than Hillary, could ignite the youth vote with his issues, and could raise millions and millions of dollars, effectively putting stop to the Clinton juggernaut immediately??
Al Gore. He is the one who can stop Hillary. We need him to join the race. I will immediately donate $$ to him, and offer my time.
If anyone out there is from Al Gore's camp, please, tell him we are desperate for a person who is not afraid to speak against the war, tackle global warming, and deal with all issues domestic and foreign with intelligence and judgment. Tell him his country needs him.
