The unsaid meme about Gramps the GOOP hates is his age. Democrats have tip-toed not to directly attack Gramps age, they've left that for others. Turn on any late night comedy show and be assured there'll be another Grampers joke...thus Democrats don't have to say it...millions hear it nightly from Letterman or Leno...so much that not only is that meme a big part of the campaign, but one I see Camp Gramps trying to negate. So far they're trying the Obama isn't "experienced" bullshit and now flailing with the "risky" (he's a scary black man) scheme.
