Sounds like Specter wants to dig deep here...a typical Arlen performance. This looks like a focus on Goodling and the Gonzalez DOJ...remember, "Executive Privilidge" is the firewall here. Here's another issue that probably is best left until after 1/20/09...outside of the current smoke screens. I can see a bunch of lawsuits coming from this.

This report all but documents discrimination in the hiring practices that I would think could end up in a court and when that happens we could really see some shit fly. Between Igelsias, Siegleman and a growing list of others, I'm certain this will end up in a court room in the near future and the discovery process could have some real fireworks. While immunity may protect Rove from an orange jump suit, it may end up bankrupting him.
