CNBC - the real Comedy Central
..... There were the CNBC balloonheads again today, as the Dow tumbled 240 pts., screeching about how the real estate crisis has "just about bottomed" (they've been saying this for months). Category 5s don't spin as much as these idiots.
And that Cramer dude needs to be locked up in a room with white padded walls.

2. has barely started here
(Seattle).

Real Estate market is a strange animal, since unlike nearly every other market mentioned on CNBC it's regional.

There is ONE price for oil, IBM, and Corn nationwide. But many different prices for a home

3. At least you're calling it for what it is.
CNBC is an entertainment channel. They talk about financial topics, but not to financial people.

The dot-com runup created a lot of people that thought they were savvy investors. Now they look for shows to get new tips for the next big run.

I couldn't watch that channel when I had a TV. I watched Bloomberg since those people were still right leaning in a lot of ways, but I didn't feel like they were pumping stocks like the CNBC crew.

4. There were several clowns ranting about how Obama will hurt the market!
As if the market under Bush was something great. What a joke.

5. I remember the day before a major election wgntv "news " in Chicago
the financial woman came on and stated if you want a better economy the republicans will do it better than the dems. I just about threw a brick at my tv.
