Little help? Looking for a picture of a Houston cop in a squad car with a white hood on.
It's been a long time since I've seen it, and I can't remember where it was. I know that's not a lot to go on, any help would be appreciated. :hi:

I think this was from Ohio. And I guess he's not in the squad car - are there more than one of these morans around?

To make that one extra classy, it was taken in a hooter's restaurant while he was in Louisiana delivering relief supplies to Katrina victims.
