Any one see CBS pull the switch on Jane Mayer last night?
Towards the end of her interview with DL he asked her if bush* could be charged with war crimes? She said yes and started to explain when they cut her off in mid sentence and went to commercial. I counted 10 commercials, then they came back to 18 seconds of dead screen. Dave finished show announcing band.

1. I'm surprised they didn't splice in 18 seconds of
a McCain ad to cover the dead air.

3. When I suggested the editors of the local RW rag tell their readers how the invasion and occupation
of Iraq differed materially from the Japanese, Italian, and German invasions in the 1930s and why Justice Jackson's pronouncements at Nuremberg as to what constitutes war crime were not applicable here, their immediate response was to block my e-mail address. Just as with my local RW rag, CBS and other major media outlets will not allow meaningful discourse raising questions about junior's seeming crimes. :P

4. go to the library and dig up their review of "Red Dawn"
from the 80s ... and ask why they gave a good review to what today would be labeled as terrorists in Iraq?
