Is this just a lot of BS? It sure smells like it!!

ROVE NAMED IN ELECTION FRAUD CONSPIRACY
by Mark Crispin Miller

Here, friends, is some news of vast importance--the beginning of a major lawsuit that will thoroughly expose Bush/Cheney's long conspiracy to steal their "victories" through election fraud.

It is a case of vast historical importance, not just because of what it will reveal about US elections since 2000, but, no less, because it represents the only way that we might actually prevent another stolen race this fall. By shining a bright light, at last, on all the topmost perpetrators of the fraud thus far, this suit will drive them all into defensive mode and, therefore, out of business.

To understand the magnitude of this amazing case, please read Steve Heller's piece, below, about today's press conference in Columbus, Ohio, where attorney Cliff Arnebeck--and whistle-blower Stephen Spoonamore--laid out the case before a number of impressed reporters.

Here are just a few enticing bullet points: .......

COMMENTS:

First, Miller has his facts wrong. This is an old lawsuit that has been stayed for quite a while
and the litigants have not reached a settlement, the purpose of the stay!
King Lincoln Bronzeville Neighborhood Association v. Blackwell
http://moritzlaw.osu.edu/electionlaw/litigation/klbna.php

Second, Miller is overly-exuberant about the possible outcome of the case:
"... lawsuit that will thoroughly expose Bush/Cheney's long conspiracy to steal their 'victories' through election fraud."
If that were true, well, why hasn't it happened already!!

Third, I smell a huge ongoing conspiracy of an entirely different order and odor, the one covering up the real election fraud in Ohio 2004.

There are all kinds of things wrong with today's news on this story.
The most egregious is completely ignoring evidence in plain sight.
Here is more of the tale:

Case of King Lincoln Bronzeville v Blackwell
http://www.velvetrevolution.us/electionstrikeforce/2008/07/ohio_attorney_files_motion_to.html

At a press conference this morning in Columbus, Ohio, Cliff Arnebeck, lead attorney for the plaintiffs in the case of King Lincoln Bronzeville v. Blackwell, announced that he is filing a motion to "lift the stay ..."

....Arnebeck said that "if you adjust for the anomaly or that situation, it's enough votes to have changed the outcome of the election. So the focus of our efforts, in cooperation with the Secretary of State, would be to find out who is responsible for that."

He targeted the Rapp family and the Triad Voting Systems company, who ran the tabulators in a number of Ohio counties in 2004, as those who need to be closely investigated.

"If it's the Rapp family and the programming of the tabulators," Arnebeck stated, "we need to know that so that the Rapp family will be closely monitored, if not put in jail, before the 2008 election."

Spoonamore continued, "I am extremely confident in analysis of the 2004 election anomalies because of the way the tabulators were programmed, and all were programmed by the Rapp family on Triad systems. So in my opinion, there should be an investigation launched into exactly what happened.

"There was an enormous number of strange activities in which Triad and the Rapp family were running around the state taking hard drives out of computers, putting in new hard drives, and posting poll results. And the reason all this was going on, I'm quite confident, was that the hard drives they were pulling out had fraudulent coding. Simple as that."

"Certainly if that happened at one of our banks, you could be arrested."

Spoonamore has told Arnebeck and the plaintiffs that there is a clear pattern of fraud. He said the Ohio 2004 election was "a frighteningly un-auditable system."

Where is the evidence to go with these words? We have evidence that punch card votes were switched
by other means, evidence which Arnebeck and the litigants knows all about but fail to even mention.
Triad was only 49.71% of Ohio voters in 2004, and in primarily Republican counties---not exactly a tree heavy with Dem votes to steal.

The mechanisms of voter fraud outside the scope of their case are still of interest to the rest of us!! In fact, Ohio punch card votes were switched by moving ballots to the wrong precinct and by cross-precinct voting. Are these litigants ignoring that issue because it might detract from their case? (They are claiming Blackwell and co-conspirators are the actors whose conduct gives them legal cause.) Meanwhile, there is ample evidence of vote-switching of punch card voting from Cuyahoga County. See: How Kerry Votes Were Switched to Bush Votes http://jqjacobs.net/politics/ohio.html

More from Miller:

Stephen Spoonamore is a prominent Republican--who until recently was working for McCain's campaign--and a respected expert on computer fraud.

Spoonamore has named Mike Connell, a fiercely partisan IT specialist, as Karl Rove's primary instrument for high-tech sabotage ...

Why should we believe a Republican operative? HELLO!!
Ohio was 3/4ths punch cards, not exactly "high-tech" electronic voting!!
Yet, once again, we have a false flag about electronic theft of Ohio. Transparent BS still stinks!!

Miller goes on with some wild speculation:

It is quite possible, in fact, that the bizarre timidity of Reid, Pelosi and most other leading Democrats may be explained as a result of BushCo having lots of dirt on all of them-- dirt gleaned freely from their emails and other on-line correspondence, all of which may well have been surveilled (sic)...

And those are just a few of the extraordinary revelations ...

Why should we believe Miller's fantastic presumptions about Dem e-mails.
Why accept Miller's speculation about "lots of dirt" in Dem official e-mails?

There is a far simpler explanation for today's news, and it is bad news:
The litigants are struggling to make the case they brought.
That would explain why there has not been a settlement after such a long stay!

Before you get carried away by the authors and litigants cashing in on election fraud, ask yourself:

Is this "news" just a lot of BS?

If it sure smells like it, it likely is!!

3. Yes, it smells like a fishing expedition, but it likelier is trolling
for an advantage in a lawsuit.

If evidence has been destroyed, the rule of law says the plaintiff gets the benefit of the doubt regarding the content of the destroyed evidence. In this case, they know what evidence is destroyed (Rove's e-mail) and they are going after it, so it doesn't take a genius to put the two and two together here.

2. But nothing sticks to this administration!
It's f-ing amazing. Every time something else comes out it just dies in the MSM. It is so discouraging.
