WooHoo, Time Warner Cable In Manhattan Finally Gets Some Competition

The NYC city council has agreed to let Verizon set up shop. Competition at last! Waiting to see if these two going after each other results in lower prices. TW is running ads offering to lock in prices at 10% less for 2 years. Yeah right.
