First Guantanamo video released BBC News
Sorry I posted this here, and I haven't viewed it yet, but how many in the world will. This has to end.

videotape of a detainee being questioned at the US prison camp in Guantanamo Bay has been released for the first time.

It shows 16-year-old Omar Khadr being asked by Canadian officials in 2003 about events leading up to his capture by US forces, Canadian media have said.

The Canadian citizen is accused of throwing a grenade that killed a US soldier in Afghanistan in 2002.

He is seen in a distressed state and complaining about the medical care.

2. I just saw it on CNN.
I don't get it. If he's a Canadian, why was he in Afghanistan? Was he fighting for the US?

3. Kyra Phillips was just interviewing one of Khadr's lawyers who
was saying that his client, even if he is aquitted, will not be released until yet another review by the Department of Defense that is not related to, or confined by, any court. Such a review may or may not ever come for Khadr.

On the second try to explain the fact that his client will not be released should he be aquitted, he again attempted to explain why his client would not be released and as he was explaining, CNN cut him off, offered a lame excuse as to why he was cut off, and then went on to something else.
