Anything is possible. "Likely" is another matter.
How possible is it, after Obama assumes office, that Bush or Cheney or another high ranking administration official (Rumsfeld, maybe) would be arrested and charged, and then tried, by a foreign government or non-US entity (NATO. SEATO, World Court, etc.)?

How likely would that arrest be on foreign soil?

How likely that special agents would abduct them here and then render them to a foreign secret prison to hold them for trial?

Would the arrest of one or a very few private citizens cause more than chest puffing from us? In other words, could a foreign entity get away with this?

Would the American people actually give a shit?

(No ...... it wasn't peyote or mushrooms ............. just Sunday morning musings.)

1. I say a big resounding yes it will happen and it is going to happen
The power of their positions is the only thing keeping them from being arrested now. As soon as they don't have the luxury of that position their asses is toast and I can smell the burnt toast all the way over here in northeast OK too.

Yes we do care, most of all of us do, right now some are deluded by the tyrants that they can't see the errors of their ways but most are waking up and the ones who are are not liking what they're seeing. American People as a whole will not let this regime take over our government and that I feel is a fact.

OT: Looks like a beautiful day in the making around here, hope it is there.

3. .....
OT back atcha ....... we were at an outdoor wedding last night. It was up in the Maryland mountains, not far from Camp David, actually. There was enough breeze that women's hair blew gently and beautifully, while gnats were unable to navigate and, so, stayed home!

Today's supposed to be a carbon copy.

4. Is it possible ......
..... given that this crew is far more despised than I ever remember Kissinger being, they could be arrested in, let's say, Belgium, by, let's say, German agents? The point being that there might really be no country where they could travel.
