3. I read on the TPM that the Bingaman Amendment, the last amendment to FISA

"won" 56 to 42. Which means in actuality that it lost, as in not enough votes to overcome the inevitable Republican Filibuster (which we won't, of course, force them to literally carry out.)

So the amendment to wait on voting on FISA until the IG investigation concludes and we have a better idea of what the program is that we are voting against--failed. Even though it ghot a majority of yes votes.

I think I pick vomit. I already cried this morning.
