Can Congress pass a law that overrides the Constitution without ammending the Constitution? I don't believe they can do this. They may pass this FISA law but it will still be UnConstitutional until the Constitution is ammended. IMO... Not that any of these people give a rat's patootie for the Constitution...after all it is "Just a Goddamn piece of paper"

when the constitutionality of this law is tested. I believe that four of the current justices would declare it constitutional under some rubric of executive power or other such nonsense. Kennedy hopefully would swing with the others.
You can bet that McCain if elected would most likely appoint more justices that would vote for its constitutionality.
