Can't beat * for diplomatic tact and courtesy.

U.S. President George W. Bush on Monday kept up his tradition of informal relations with fellow world leaders by summoning Prime Minister Stephen Harper with a brusque "Yo Harper!"

Bush and Harper, a rather stiff and shy figure, are in northern Japan for a summit of leaders of the Group of Eight major industrialized countries.

6. 'informal' would be "Hey, Stephen!" or something
By combining the impersonal surname with "yo!", which lacks respect, he's not being 'informal', just dismissive and rude. "Yo, Harper!" sounds like someone at a game about to chew out a player for something they did wrong.

7. Harper should have flipped him off
This prick is the most backward assholic President in history, no wonder the rest of the world hates us.

10. Harper replied: Yo Boss, how far do you want me to bend over?
When Bush leaves I hope Harper gets voted out with a no confidence vote.
