3. She's an entertainer. While I often agree with her,

which lawbook is she reading? She occasionally goes a bit too much with emotion rather than the logistics and evidence of the case.

Having said all that, I dig her too and she'd be a good choice.

Hardly worse than the current crop on the bench...
