Quick Take on overall Plame issue
There was no question Libby was lying, but Fitzgerald knew he couldn't convict him without Cooper and Miller.

Fitzgerald knows Cheney is lying and is guilty of conspiracy to out a CIA agent, but there is no way you could get a conviction without the truthful testimony of Scooter Libby.
