3. One jumped out of his $10 a gal. SUV and tried to start some ruckus

by the undercovers put him in the paddy wagon. He had little kids with him so we suspected that he was drunk or something to jump out into the busy street like that and stir up a malay and general uproar. Hope he had to go to jail because of the little kids! :evilgrin:
