Arrogant bunch of Supreme Court sons of bitches . . .
Oh those arrogant mother fuckers! They’ve gone and done it, they’ve ruined my favorite fantasy.

The Bastards!

Last week they ruled that it is un-constitutional to suspend Habeas Corpus even for non-citizens when they are under United States control and that the Constitution applies even to “enemy combatants” held by military personnel outside the borders of the United States.

The Sons of Bitches!

I had hoped that President Obama would use the powers that Bush claimed were the President’s alone to declare the whole motherfuckin’ administration, from Bush down to the lowest appointee, enemy combatants and ship ‘em all off to GITMO, never to be seen or heard from again.

God damned Supreme Court anyway.

1. How about we detain every card carrying Republican
seize all their assets, imprison them in the FEMA camps, and then tell them they have no more rights in our system... and they only themselves to thank for this.

(Well, along with a compliant Democratic leadership)

2. So You Want to Uphold Habeus Corpus and Other Rights
but also want Obama to unilaterally imprison the entire Supreme Court?

7. Sorry to Have a Tin Ear
I don't like using the dripping icon either.

But that does appear to be the position of some posters. :)

10. No Problem
I hate when people don't pick up my own sarcasm.

To tell you the truth, I have seen sentiments here that are very close to that absurd position, so it didn't really seem that far off.

3. After years of personal disillusionment about our Government,
the Supreme Court was the last intuition that I still believed in. From 2000 on, I had to face that fact that our last bastion of honest Government was as corrupt as the Bush administration.

Today, there are no Government entities, other than the Coast Guard, that I trust. That's a terrible feeling, one that I would never have predicted when I was younger.

4. We Hang By The Whim Of Kennedy
That's a very uncomforting feeling for me. One man now is the swing...it came down to his say so as far as due process. Inversely it was his say-so that installed the boy king. It's hard to gauge where this guy will fall on key issues and un-nerving to think that there are three wingnuts on the court who always put partisanship ahead of the law. It's a reason Gramps must be defeated in November as opening on the court are sure to happen...unfortunately they're on our side.

6. I would have liked to see Lieberman in Gitmo
The orange jumpsuit would give him some badly-needed color...
