the terrorist won on the fourth amendment, it hurts the constitution

DOes it not feel like they were shown things again

Fear has been used very effectively and it is very sudden... and they have been resisting on, or is it that the conservative elements leaned on the leadership

Obama confuses KO (and me)

The bill is poorly drafted and it is not clear if it is possible if later we can go after them for criminal liability. Why he may be seating back but not give them a pass.

Exactly... and people familiar with the bill, we didn't think about this issue (GRRR)

There would be a nice simetry to that, jonathan turley suggested it was about immunizing congress, it is CYA

Would not e the first or last time that we've had a CYA action in DC, but will never learn the answer to this...
