Money wise as a ratio.

Mine is about 3 to 1 (with just under a billion dollar annual budget) which if all of America ran this way I wouldn't be such a Lefty.

So what is it? 10 to 1? 50 to 1? 750 to 1?

I should add that I earn (a funny word in and of itself) near abouts the national household median.

2. It varies.
The CEO where I work doesn't get paid a salary, he gets the dividends of how well all the company stock he owns does.

4. Hmm, this is a tough one
because I make $8 an hour, and the boss is on the books as officially making $10 an hour. Sounds pretty good until you realize that he also regularly takes big bucks out of the business account for his personal use. Since this varies from month to month, I really can't tell. However, since the business is small, with a relatively small income, I'd say that he still probably only takes about 20% more money out of the company than I do.

husband's company. The CEO makes over 52 million more per year than my husband. Often when we pass a mansion, my husband will comment, "Whoever lives there doesn't work for my company." In the case of the CEO and others at the top, it's entirely possible that they do.

8. My company's CEO makes in excess of $1 million
per year.

I'm at around $70k - I hate the disparity, but I feel more for our lower wage employees who bust their asses every day of the week.

Each round we outsource to India, our CEO get's a bonus - how's that for incentive?!

13. Mine makes less than I do.
Her pension isn't quite as good as mine. But, she doesn't mind as long as she's in charge of the checkbook.

Which is fine with me, since my "close enough is good enough" method of bookkeeping has certain faults.
