His Knee is a bother....perhaps from a life time of use,,,his knee joint is showeing signs of FATIGUE...3 ops in 5 years is a strong hint...

Either go limited use

or, long rehab, no use at all for 1 to 2 years....least option,

or, Retire....dreaded option...
