Where does the river come down thru IC? Behind Coralville? I know it came past a restaurant (can't remember the name) north of the bridge, but I can't picture where it entered.
5. It comes down behind Coralville then winds around
by City Park and the Arts campus, which is being heavily impacted. They did remove most of the artwork this past week in anticipation of flooding. That area is filling up rapidly now.
The Coralville strip is flooded right now across the Hwy 6 in two places and is closed to traffic. It is flooded at the intersection of First Ave. in Coralville by the ball diamonds and Walgreens. It is also flooded up at the intersection by O'Reilly's law practice and the bar as you turn to go toward City Park--the area known as Mosquito Flats.
