He opened up relations with China, started the EPA, and a few other such matters. Bush on the other hand has done absolutely nothing that is redeemable. I never thought that I'd see a president worse than Tricky Dick, but next to Bush he looks rather decent. Sad, really sad.

FWIW, I expect that in 30 years' time it will be about 50/50, but without any great confidence.
