Please help. I saw this post yesterday in the activist forum and it haunted me.

This is at least one place where we can make a difference and the two phone numbers and email addresses are listed so we can put some pressure on. Please read the post and email so that we can help this lonely elephant out. I know with your help we can get Ruby moved.
