It seems that some believe HAARP was involved

I'm just wanting to know what they are saying??? Anybody who can translate ???

1. Mostly the people were describing a large light in the sky

Some said it was blue, others said it was purple. The scientist toward the end called it a normal phenomenon akin to the aurora borealis, caused by magnetic discharges as the tectonic plates ruptured. He termed it well known.

At least that's what six months of sitting with a Spanish grammar and playing with a cheap CD have got me to understand.

As for the clouds in the Chinese tape, I have no clue what caused them to form a discontinuous rainbow.

However, I know no man made force capable of causing tectonic plates to rupture. We're just not capable of that, not even with the bomb.
